Throughout your engagement period, we will meet with you to discuss your vision, develop a budget for your day, locate the perfect venue, suggest and help you hire vendors tailored to your personal style and budget, handle all of the little details and keep you on track with your tasks. All of this culminates in a fantastic event that we orchestrate to perfection as we work behind the scenes while you enjoy the day.

Custom Packages
So you have the site booked, the caterer selected, but you need help with finding a florist and a photographer? Or maybe you just want someone to help you with coordinating and assembling homemade favors, programs and amenity baskets. We will step into the planning at any point to recommend vendors, review contracts, help resolve any problems, and relieve the stress of planning. Wedding Day Management
If you have planned your wedding, but would like to relax and enjoy your wedding day, let us calm your fears. We will meet with you in advance to review the details of all the plans you have made, develop a timeline for the day, and make sure that you have considered all the details and aspects that need to come together. We will coordinate the final details with your vendors, attend the rehearsal and provide two consultants on the wedding day, making sure that the arrangements you have made are beautifully executed and resolving any issues that arise.

Hourly Consultations
Come with questions you would like answered. We can use this time to offer money-saving tips, creative ideas, direct you toward reputable vendors, or address whatever is on your mind. For those wishing to get pointed in the right direction to start planning themselves, or seeking assistance with developing a budget and being empowered with accurate, local estimates for the vendors you require, we are available for hourly consultations at $90 per hour. We cannot stress enough how many hassles can be averted and how much money you can save just by spending one hour in consultation with our experts to avoid common pitfalls of the planning process.
