Will the catering sales person that you meet with before the wedding be there on your wedding day? Will they be available to you or busy running their staff? We are there and at your disposal right to the end of the night. Like a stage manager for a theatre production, we coordinate all your vendors making sure that everyone works together as a team. Part of our job is to make sure that everything is on-time and complete. Part of our job is being there for anything you, your wedding party or your family need.

Fees
What are your fees?
We don't have a set fee for planning a wedding, just as a reputable contractor doesn't have a set fee for building a house. Our fees are based on how much time we think we will need to put in for the planning of your event. This is determined by factors including number of vendors to hire and coordinate, the timeline, and the complexity of the event. After we have the opportunity to speak with you at your free initial consultation about your specific needs, we will give you a quote for services.
How do you structure your fees?
We charge a flat fee rather than a percentage of your overall wedding costs. You are paying for our extensive experience and expertise which is in no way related to the final cost of your wedding. We will not accept any incentive or commissions from the vendors we recommend. You will know exactly what we are being paid from the moment you contract with us.
